Fatima Al-Naimi graduated from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University in 2013. She possesses extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked as a legal advisor at the Qatar Central Bank. She contributed to policy and regulatory framework development and participated in several specialized courses in finance and banking, further enriching her legal and financial expertise.

His deep expertise and contributions to the legal field are reflected in several high-profile legal publications, including works on Qatari judicial authority, preventive detention, family law, and e-litigation. A respected legal scholar and practitioner, he has played a pivotal role in shaping judicial principles through landmark rulings and has consistently influenced legal discourse across the Arab world. His extensive background positions him as a leading authority in both litigation and legal consultancy.

EIHAB ALSAYED NAIL, MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Ahmed, a seasoned legal consultant, brings over 15 years of extensive experience across diverse areas of law in the Arab region. He specializes in commercial and investment litigation, with particular expertise in structuring and advising on Islamic investments and incorporation matters. His background also includes deep knowledge in insurance risk, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Throughout his career, Mr. Ahmed has served as a trusted legal advisor to major financial institutions, offering strategic counsel that aligns with the complexities of the Arab financial and legal landscape.

AHMED AL-ANAQREH, MANAGING PARTNER

Abdel Fattah holds a global certification in Sharia and graduated from Al-Azhar University in 2010 with a degree in Law and Sharia. Since then, he has worked on hundreds of legal and family dispute cases, becoming a recognized legal and judicial authority in this field. His notable contributions include handling major family law cases, whether related to marital disputes, inheritance, guardianship, endowments, custody, or wills, establishing himself as a trusted expert in both Sharia and family law across the region.

ABDEL FATTAH AL-SHEIKHA, SENIOR LEGAL ADVISOR

Since obtaining his bachelor's degree in law from the University of Al-Yarmouk in 2009, Hussein Ahmad Al-Rababa has been actively engaged in the legal profession. He is a member of the Bar Association and represents clients before courts at all levels across Jordan. He specializes in company formation and commercial litigation, offering legal guidance to both individuals and businesses on corporate structuring and regulatory compliance.

Since graduating from Yarmouk University in 2010 and joining the Bar Association in 2011, Mohammad Asim Al-Saeedi has built extensive legal experience, particularly in contract and corporate establishment matters. Since earning his bachelor's degree in public law from Yarmouk University in 2010, Laith Adnan has gained nearly a decade of professional experience, including eight years working with international and humanitarian organizations.
